Note: The first time you access the battery, it may no voltage between the output OUT + and OUT-, then access 5V voltage charge your energy can activate the protection circuit, and the battery from the B+ B-, then draw a line on the short open also need recharged to activate the protection circuit. Notice:

5. If 5V input voltage is a little high, such as 5.2V or 5.5V,it will cause charging current cannot reach 1000MA.This is normal phenomenon.
6. Input transposition hasn't impact on chip; but output transposition will burn the chip
