Basic attribute
ST-LINK/V2 is ST's development tool for online simulation and download designed to evaluate and develop STM8 series and STM32 series MCUs.
The STM8 series is connected to the ST-LINK/V2 via the SWIM interface;
The STM32 series is connected to the ST-LINK/V2 via the JTAG / SWD interface.
ST-LINK/V2 is connected to the PC via Hi-Speed USB 2.0.
